- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fruit cocktail
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs and beat well.

2Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture gradually.

3Add fruit cocktail and nuts, mixing well.

4Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Sprinkle with coconut and brown sugar.

6Bake at 300° for 35 to 40 minutes.
