- 1 can pear halves
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornflake crumbs
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. butter
- Cool Whip or ice cream (to garnish)
Directions

1Drain pears, reserving liquid.

2In casserole, place each half of pear.

3Sprinkle each with your crumb ingredients (combine brown sugar, cornflake crumbs, cinnamon and butter).

4Bake 15 minutes at 375°.

5Add liquid.

6Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
