  • 1 can fruit cocktail (juice and all)
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add fruit and juice with beaten egg. Pour into oblong cake pan and sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
