- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
Directions

1Cut chicken in bite size pieces.

2Mix oil and cornstarch in a bowl together.

3Add the next 5 ingredients; mix well.

4Add chicken; stir until all chicken is coated.

5Cover; let set in refrigerator 3 or 4 hours or overnight.

6Heat next oil in skillet; brown chicken (take out and set aside).

7To same pan, stir-fry celery and pepper for 4 minutes, using a wooden spoon.

8Add onion; stir-fry 2 more minutes.

9Add chicken back to the stir-fried mixture; heat well.

10Serve over Rice-A-Roni, cooked according to directions on box.
