- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour plus 1/4 c.
- 2 eggs
- 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour, eggs, soda, salt, salad oil and juice from fruit cocktail, then add the fruit and mix.

2Pour into a large, greased and floured cake pan.

3Sprinkle about 1/2 cup Angel Flake coconut over top of cake.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Have ready the following topping and pour over the hot cake.
