- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. fruit cocktail, drained
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. fruit cocktail juice
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients together.

2Add egg, fruit cocktail and juice.

3Put in greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan.

4Top with brown sugar. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
