- 1 lb. chopped walnuts
- 1 lb. chopped dates
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 9 eggs
Directions

1Combine nuts and fruit.

2Put in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3Mix well, using hands. Beat eggs until foamy. Add to mixture. Blend well.

4Use small baking cups.

5Fill cups full. Bake at 300° for 35 to 40 minutes.
