  • 1 lb. chopped walnuts
  • 1 lb. chopped dates
  • 1 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 9 eggs

Directions

    Combine nuts and fruit.

    Put in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    Mix well, using hands. Beat eggs until foamy. Add to mixture. Blend well.

    Use small baking cups.

    Fill cups full. Bake at 300° for 35 to 40 minutes.
