  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. melted oleo
  • 1 large can or 2 small cans apple or cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Blend cake mix, egg and oleo; press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover with pie filling.

    Over pie filling sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans.

    Mix sour cream and egg in small bowl.
  5. 5
    When mixed well, spread over top of mixture in baking dish. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
