- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 12 cups Cool Whip Lite
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- juice of one lemon, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
Directions

1Whip all of these ingredients together cream cheese, cool whip, splenda, lemon juice, pineapple juice and vanilla.

2Keep it cold at all times.

3A pretty garnish would be some zest off of the lemon you juiced (be sure to zest it first), along with chunk of pineapple on the side of the container in which you are serving the dip.

4By having the zest and pineapple chunk, you are telling people that these two ingredients in there.

5After everything is combined, you may want to adjust the sweetness.

6Add more splenda if desired.
