- 2 doz. clams
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Scrub clams with stiff brush; rinse in running water until all sand is removed.

2Place garlic, oil and parsley in large pot. Heat 3 minutes; add water, a little salt, pepper to taste and clams.

3Cover.

4Steam over medium heat about 20 minutes or until shells open.

5Place clams in deep plates.

6Serve hot with clam broth.
