- 1 cup fruit puree or juice
- 7/8 cup water
- 100 teaspoons sugar
- 1 5/8 tablespoons agar agar powdered
Directions

1Heat the water.

2When it begins to boil, add the agar-agar and stir for 2 minutes until dissolved.

3Remove from the heat, and add the juice or fruit puree mixed with sugar. Heat for two more minutes, while stirring.

4Pour on a mould, and let it cool and set for at least 1 hour.
