Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit puree or juice
  • 7/8 cup water
  • 100 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 5/8 tablespoons agar agar powdered

Directions

    Heat the water.

    When it begins to boil, add the agar-agar and stir for 2 minutes until dissolved.

    Remove from the heat, and add the juice or fruit puree mixed with sugar. Heat for two more minutes, while stirring.

    Pour on a mould, and let it cool and set for at least 1 hour.
