Fruit Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Orange Jell-O powder
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi thinly sliced
  • 2 1/2 ounces blueberries
  • 3 passionfruit pulp scooped out

Directions

    In a bowl, mix Jell-O with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Chill for 20 mins, or until cold. Add yogurt and whisk until smooth. Distribute between 6 - 8 oz dessert glasses. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or until set.

    Top each mousse with fruit to serve.
