  • 1 cup instant non-fat powdered milk
  • 13 cup Splenda granular
  • 13 cup boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 12 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 12 cups quick oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In mixed bowl combine skim milk powder,Splenda, water and margerine.

    Beat until frothy.

    Blend in applesauce and cinnamon.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, stirring well.

    Press evenly into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.

    Cool and then cut into 25 squares.
