- 1 cup instant non-fat powdered milk
- 13 cup Splenda granular
- 13 cup boiling water
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 12 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 12 cups quick oatmeal
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 12 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In mixed bowl combine skim milk powder,Splenda, water and margerine.

3Beat until frothy.

4Blend in applesauce and cinnamon.

5Stir in remaining ingredients, stirring well.

6Press evenly into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.

8Cool and then cut into 25 squares.
