- 1 pkg. refrigerator sugar cookies
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
- assorted fruit sliced or halved (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, grapes, peaches or bananas dipped in lemon juice)
Directions

1Chill cookie dough until very firm.

2Line 14 inch pizza pan with foil.

3Slice cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices and line pizza pan with cookie slices beginning in center and working towards outside of pan.

4Overlap edges until pan is covered.

5Press cookie dough together by pressing with fingers.

6Bake in 375° oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

7Remove and cool completely. Transfer cookie pizza to serving tray.
