  • 8 ounces, weight Crushed Pineapple (or Other Fruit)
  • 3 ounces, weight Orange Jell-O Mix (sugar Free Or Otherwise)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip Or Generic Equivalent - Lite Works Best

    I've been trying to lose weight recently - mostly by going to the gym. My girlfriend is trying to do the same by exercise and dieting. Which means I am on a diet too. Yay. Anyway, I calculated the caloric content of this dish a few different ways - based entirely on the ingredients I used.

    Total mixture? 1500 calories! Wow! But I split that into 10 servings - 150 each. Not too bad. There are a few things you can do to drop this even further, using the following ingredients:

    Now we're down to 880! 88 calories per serving. I don't know how good it will be, but I can't imagine it will taste bad.
