  • 8 bananas
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 24 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 20 oz. canned pears, chopped
  • 20 oz. canned apricots, chopped
  • 12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Drain and combine pineapple, pears and apricots.

    Slice bananas into thawed orange juice.
  3. 3
    Combine all of the fruits except the strawberries.

    Add sugar and lemon juice to the chopped fruits.

    Carefully stir in the thawed strawberries. Yields 25 servings.
