- 8 bananas
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple
- 24 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 20 oz. canned pears, chopped
- 20 oz. canned apricots, chopped
- 12 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Drain and combine pineapple, pears and apricots.

2Slice bananas into thawed orange juice.

3Combine all of the fruits except the strawberries.

4Add sugar and lemon juice to the chopped fruits.

5Carefully stir in the thawed strawberries. Yields 25 servings.
