- 3 whole eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream (for whipping)
Directions

1Boil pineapple juice.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Add sugar and flour.

4Pour into hot juice.

5Stir constantly, cooking over medium heat until thickened.

6When ready to use, add whipped heavy cream to sauce.
