- 200 g mangoes
- 150 g apples
- 150 g pears
- 150 g oranges
- 15 ml lime juice
- 400 ml milk
- 25 g sugar
Directions

1All fruit must be washed well and desseded .

2Skins of apples & pears may be left on.

3Ensure that the orange has been well peeled & all the pith has been removed.

4Cut into small cubes.

5Toss all of the above together& pour enough milk to cover the fruit.

6Lime juice and sugar can be adjusted based on tastes.

7Refrigerate for 5 hours -- or overnight if possible.

8The milk gets a wonderful fruity flavour the next day.
