  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 c. fresh mixed unsweetened berries (blueberry, raspberry or blackberry)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 gal. apple cider

Directions

    In the basket of the coffeepot, place 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1 tablespoon whole cloves, 1 tablespoon whole allspice and 2 cinnamon sticks.

    Plug in coffee maker and perk.

    Serve in a mug with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
