- 2 (8 oz.) cartons plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 1 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 c. fresh mixed unsweetened berries (blueberry, raspberry or blackberry)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 gal. apple cider
Directions

1In the basket of the coffeepot, place 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1 tablespoon whole cloves, 1 tablespoon whole allspice and 2 cinnamon sticks.

2Plug in coffee maker and perk.
