- 1 lb. lean pork, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in heavy pot; slowly saute meat, bell pepper, onion and celery for 10 minutes.

2Sprinkle with flour and blend in.

3Add seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth.

4Cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

5Serve over hot rice.
