  • 150 grams Sugar
  • 700 grams Ice
  • 300 grams Fruit in season

Directions

    Remove seeds from fruit and slice fruit into large chunks

    Spilt ice into 2 350g lots
  3. 3
    Place sugar, fruit and one lot of ice into blender
  4. 4
    Start on low speed, slowly increasing speed until smooth
  5. 5
    Add remaining ice and blend until smooth
