- 4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
Directions

1Cut and cream together flour, sugar, salt and Crisco until crumbly.

2In separate bowl mix together cold water, vinegar and egg. Pour this mixture over flour mixture. This will moisten dry flour mixture.

3Make into 5 equal balls to roll into pie crusts. Roll thin.

4Will keep in freezer for weeks.

5Yields 1 single, 2 double crusts.
