Fruit Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cooking tapioca
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 boxes frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 box frozen peaches, thawed and drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can white grapes, drained
  • bananas

Directions

    Mix tapioca, sugar, salt and water until thick and clear. Drain strawberries and peaches and save the juices.

    Drain mandarin oranges and grapes, but don't save juices.

    After cooking the first group of ingredients, add 1 1/2 cups of the juices from strawberries and peaches and the orange juice.

    Add mandarin oranges and grapes.

    Add bananas when served.

    Mixture will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
