  • 1 lb. candied pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. candied cherries
  • 1 lb. pitted dates
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk

    Chop fruit, nuts and dates; add milk to this mixture.

    Put brown paper in an oblong pan and grease well.

    Bake at 270° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

    Turn out onto waxed paper on which powdered sugar has been sprinkled.

    Cut in strips. Roll in more powdered sugar if desired.
