- 2 1/2 c. apple, raspberry or peach juice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine juice and cinnamon.

2Stir in tapioca and let it soak for five minutes.

3Bring tapioca to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

4Boil for 2 minutes.

5Cool 20 minutes and stir.

6Chill 2 hours before serving.
