  • 20 oz. can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. grapes
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced

Directions

    Cook liquids and cornstarch until thick, cool.

    Combine yogurt, sugar and vanilla and mix with cooled mixture.

    Stir in fruit and chill.
