- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 11 oz. dried fruit
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. apple juice concentrate
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients; blend in wet ingredients.

2Divide batter between 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

4Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
