  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/4 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. raisins
  • 3 tsp. sugar equivalent
  • 2 tsp. white wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves

Directions

    Dredge chicken in flour; melt margarine in skillet.

    Add chicken and saute until brown.

    Transfer to a shallow baking pan. Combine other ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
