Fruited Flag Mold

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkg. (8-serving size each) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor*
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

    Spray 10-cup flag mold with no stick cooking spray; place on cookie sheet.

    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

    Stir in cold water.

    Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

    Stir in sliced strawberries and blueberries.

    Pour into flag mold.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until firm.

    Unmold.
