- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water until no longer grainy. While hot, stir in chunks of Philly cream cheese until melted. Refrigerate until it starts to congeal, then fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and 1 small can well drained, crushed pineapple.
