Fruited Raspberry Sherbet

  • 1/2 gal. raspberry or pineapple sherbet
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 bananas

Directions

    In large bowl, soften the sherbet by pressing it against sides of the bowl with a wooden spoon.

    Stir in thawed berries and syrup, pineapple, cherries, pecans and marshmallows; mix well. Finely chop the bananas.

    Gently stir into the mixture.

    Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Freeze until firm.
