- 3 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 c. chopped dried apples
- 1/3 c. golden raisins
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. instant chicken granules
- 3 Tbsp. dried minced onions
- 4 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container.

2To prepare, combine 1 cup mix with 2 cups water and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in a saucepan.

3Bring to boil.

4Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until water is absorbed. Yield:
