- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- saltine crackers
- 1/2 c. butter
- pie crust for double crust
Directions

1Line a large baking dish with pie crust, with enough left for a top on cobbler.

2Prick crust.

3Pour peaches with juice and sugar in crust, mix gently.

4Crush crackers not real fine, add to peaches.

5Cut butter into small pieces; add to peaches.

6Leave this juicy.

7Top with crust and dot with more butter and sprinkle with sugar.

8Bake at 350° until done, about 30 to 40 minutes.
