- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 c. pineapple (fresh cut)
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 c. papaya, cubed in 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple, cubed in 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in blender or food processor and process smooth for sauce.

2Place remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with tofu sauce.

3Serve in sherbet or parfait cups garnished with a piece of the fruit and mint leaves.
