- 2 oz. (approximately 1/3 c.) dried apricots
- 3 Tbsp. chopped raisins
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or an orange flavored liqueur
- 1 box brown and wild rice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Soak raisins for several hours in Grand Marnier or other liqueur or microwave on high until boiling.

3Prepare rice according to box instructions.
