- 3 lb Whole chicken, cleaned
- 1/2 can Any beer
- 1 Peach, sliced
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Chipotle powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic, minced and dried
Directions

1Heat oven to 300*

2Drink 1/2 the beer and drop the peach slices in the can

3Sit the chicken on the beer can, as far up the chicken butt as possible

4Mix all dried seasonings together and rub the chicken skin with mixture.

5Put any remaining seasoning in the chicken's neck

6Cook for 3 hours

7Raise oven temp to 400 and cook for an additional 30 minutes to get the skin crispy
