Fruity Marshmallow Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 12 paper or plastic cups (5 oz.)
  • 12 wooden pop sticks

Directions

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

    Gradually add gelatin to marshmallow creme in large bowl, beating with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

    Stir in juice.

    Pour evenly into paper cups.

    Gently press marshmallows into gelatin mixture in each cup.

    Freeze 1 hour or until almost firm.

    Insert pop stick into center of each cup for handle.

    Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.

    To remove pops from cups, place bottoms of cups under warm running water for 15 seconds.

    Press firmly on bottoms of cups to release pops.

    (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.)

    Store leftover pops in freezer.
