Seafood Linguine

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1/2 bunch green scallions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 2 cans chopped clams
- 8 oz. crab meat
- 8 oz. scallops or shrimp (shrimp can be chopped)
- 3/4 lb. linguine (or spaghetti, if preferred)
Directions

1Saute onion, garlic, green scallions in olive oil.

2Add parsley and clam juice; simmer about 10 minutes.

3Add clams, crab meat and remaining seafood and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

4In another pot, bring water to a boil.

5Add pasta and cook according to directions on package.

6Drain pasta; add seafood mixture and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
