  • 1 cup water
  • 14 ounces no sugar added crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup MINUTE White Rice
  • 1 ounce sugar substitute (1 packet low calorie sweetner)
  • 2 cups cool whip lite whipped topping
  • toasted sliced almonds

    Mix water and pineapple.

    Microwave for 5 minutes on HIGH.

    Add rice and sweetner.

    Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

    Refrigerate 4 hours.
