  • 3/4 cup vanilla low-fat soy milk
  • 1/2 peeled banana, frozen
  • 13 cup chopped fruit, such as cantaloupe or nectarine
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat soy yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. soy protein powder

Directions
