- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cups light corn syrup
- 3/4 cups water
- 1 dram flavoring oil
- powdered sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp. food coloring
Directions

1Combine sugar, light corn syrup, and water in large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

2Boil, without stirring until temperature reaches 310 degrees.

3Remove from heat; add food coloring and oil.

4Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

5Cool, then break into pieces,

6and roll in powdered sugar to coat.

7Makes 2 pounds.
