- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp MSG/ Chinese salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 medium capsicums
- 1 1/2 crushed ginger
Directions

1in a bowl take soya sauce , fish sauce , oyster sauce , white vinegar , mix everything .

2grate ginger and add the sauce, cut the capsicum in moon shape thinly.

3add little cooking oil in wok and fry beef about 10 minutes.

4add sauce made with ginger .

5mix and add Chinese salt and salt.

6mix and add Capsicum.

7the heat is very high and do not cook the Capsicum too much.

8this Capsicum will be ready 2-3 minute
