- 8 hot dogs
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 14 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) can green beans or 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in fry pan.

2Stir in flour and salt.

3Gradually blend in milk; cook on low heat until thick and smooth.

4Cut up hotdogs and add to white sauce.

5Add green beans or corn, potatoes and cheese.

6Cover and cook on low until heated through and cheese is melted.
