  • 3/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 2 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

    Melt butter; add cocoa and blend well.

    Stir in evaporated milk.

    Gradually mix in powdered sugar and salt until smooth and creamy.
