Directions

   Combine sugar, butter and milk.

   Bring to a boil.

   Stir 5 minutes over medium heat to a soft ball stage (238°).

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in chocolate chips.

   Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla.

   Beat until well blended.

   Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Cool.

    Cut in squares.
