- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 cup M&M'
Directions

1In a large bowl combine oats, flour, brown sugar and salt.

2Add the butter and mix until crumbly.

3Stir in pecans.

4Reserve 1-1/2 cups for topping.

5Press remaining crumbs mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan.

6In a saucepan combine the milk, chocolate chips and shortening, cook and stir over low heat until melated.

7Spread over crust, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

8Top with M&M's.

9Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
