Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. butter; 8 oz. cream cheese; 2 1/4 c. sugar; 1 Tbsp. cornstarch; 3 eggs; 2 Tbsp. and 1 1/3 c. milk; 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 2 c. flour; 1 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. soda; 1/2 c. butter; 1/2 c. cocoa

8 oz. cream cheese

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. and 1 1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa

Directions

Cream 2 tablespoons butter, cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch.

Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Beat until creamy.

Combine the rest of the ingredients. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan, then the cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining batter.

Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
