Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cubes margarine (1 c.)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients together.

    Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.

    Pour over dry ingredients and beat well. Combine baking soda and buttermilk; add to batter.

    Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

    Bake in a greased and floured (or sprayed) 10 X 15 pan at 350° for 30 minutes.

    While cake is still hot, frost with marshmallow fudge frosting.
