  • 1 c. chocolate chips

    Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil and boil 3 minutes, then add 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Beat by hand until spreading consistency (about 15 minutes) and spread on cooled cake.
