  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. pecan halves
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 c. whipped topping

Directions

    Melt butter with cocoa in saucepan.

    Add hot water and mix well.

    Add sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and milk.

    Mix until smooth.

    Stir in pecans.

    Place on preheated baking sheet and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until set.
